A few pics today to celebrate a 1000 miles journey through just about every weather you can imagine, a day cleaning yesterday and the results were just begging for a few pics.

Amazing technology, a 500+ bhp V10 and returned just over 25 mpg, and in comfort too, been said this M6 looks like a mash up of my BMW 540 and my Twin turbo zed, quite like that !!

My only moan is that its an automatic. but it must be great fun!

Not automatic but smg ( sequential manual gearbox ) a manual box with automated clutch, granted you can select the gear change to be automated as well as the clutch but in manual mode the paddle shifts are awesome, faster than a human can change gear and no torque converter pinching the power ...

I suppose I'm living in the past, newer highend sports/super cars often don't come in stick shift anymore. I thought paddle shifts were called dual clutch, and sequential gearboxes were on rally cars etc where you pull the stick one way to change up and the other to down, perhaps they are the same thing, I don't know

Yes been a new thing on me too, love it, and it has a built in auto throttle blip when changing down and accelerating or de-accelerating at the same time and sounds awesome...
