want to keep the interior classic so all black worked out nice

not long now chap then i can bed the brakes and clutch in them swop to the bigger injectors and then remap

still working on bay getting ready or fit refurbed na power steering pump and pot and fitted refurbed wiper arms 4 under coats them rubbed down then 6 top coats and new blades and scuttles were painted to looks great

thanks ian have done all i can to build a great car and its been very hard going to do it to this level i hope it all worth it

old manifold vs refurbed one balance bar painted manifold throttle pots back on all cleaned up with stainless bots, wheels back from the power coat after kirbing them when taking the car for paint

just finished tt power steering pump to to n/a power steering pump swop and pot here is the tt dirty one next to the rebuilt na pump i build a few months go its all in and done now bit of messing about also fitted new belts and fitted a jap water pump pully as i have a uk car it was a bigger pulley so spins slower

was not happy with the painted old cam covers so i got brand one ones and painted them much better few update pics bay looking nice and clean now

got them from concept z so was in dolla so cant remember think on side is about 60 and the other about 80 something like that plus paining them to

so fitted the temp sensor i drilled and tapped 1/8 the out let pipe i fitted the sensor used a fiber washer and this german heat proof sealant great stuff and fitted the pipes back to the car

so fitting the 2.5 inch intercooler piping and z1 massive intercoolers they are monsters. and carbing strut brace only problem z1 have not send me all the silicone couplers so thats a rite **** missing the ones that go on the inter coolers so slowed me rite down but not getting mad just have to wait a bit longer

very fiddly indeed to fit got one side lined up will carry on 2 moz its a little frustrating to fit so far and a tight fit at that you can see side by side just now much bigger the pipe is over stock

some work done today here is a before never been touched pic and after many many many many hour of work over the last fee weeks hope you like it so far still much to do be gives you a good idea how much its changed the bay look like the rest of the car will all the deletes done

at last i finished fitting the 2.5 pipe work and coolers was a total pig of a job got there in the end had to cut the top cover so the brace would fit . fitted the fuel lines did away with the fuel bar just used fuel fine direct

i did leave a about 10mm per side i can go a bit more if needed

test fit of the audi style mesh on the bumper and we know have lights at last front and rear been a long time since i seem them on lol got wiper jets fitted and moved to the scuttle and the alarm siren moved out the bay to inside the wing and a few other jobs done done 12 hours today on the car
