yes the main seal has been done twice the leak is coming from the plate that hold the deal there is gasket and a rubber seal that goes on the place were it meets the sump am replacing them both this time

had a shite day today at work lad didnt turn up ended up plastering a full room on my own but got better as the window fella foned me to say he was waiting at mine so the glass in now in looks great he did a nice job. then a fone call from the interior guy the trim is done black alcantara look reallt well good buy to thr tweed and had missed you card from the post man next store had taken in it the dual air fuel ratio gauge kit by innovate wast cheap but i feel its a must to keep an eye on the AFR with the bigger turbos, few pics for you guys

clutch off old manifolds off new 3 inch ones on bit of messing about now on to egr delete and fix the stupid oil leak

It does look really nice done in black, gives me the even stronger idea to do it something very similar, love it how it contrasts against the 'lighter' plastic.

look great very happy with it with theblack leather recaro speed seats i have its going to look super

got the egr valve out with the engine still in the gear box is off and the down pipes had to cut the pipes with a rip saw very little room to work wil get the top pipes out when i pull the manifold in a few days here is the valve had to cut it it to also got get it it out

I used to completly remove that and all the pipe work from the top Dan...i still have the adapted open ender spanner somewhere for the job:clown:

i wil do all the pipe from the top i had the box and down pipes of bri so i could see it bit of messing but i did it

the gear box and clutch came off just to get to this its a carrier for the main seal at the bottom is a seal were it meets the sump so stripped it off i have new main seal and gasket and rubber gasket for the bottom you can see in the pic there are 2 rubber seal the old one and the new one note how much thicker the new seal is thats were the leak was coming from will fit the new seal and gasket and get the clutch and box back on them on to fitting the new big brakes lot of a work for a small little seal

Iff you aint fitted it Dan then the sump area were the 2 flat tangs go in must be completly oil free and a blob of sealant (not silacone) put there before sump pan goes on...no sealant and its gunna leak:yes:

its done ad yes i did use a sealant

got the gear box back on fitted new speakers all round with dab radio all working now get the retrimmed door cards back on an electrics hooked back up did wiring for fog lamp in center panel and reverse light to. here are a few pics of the door cards looking super in black alcantara
