best place to used to rear screen removal

I have asked this before but cant find the thread, best place to use for removal of the rear screen needs to come out for paint

    the 2 plastic spacers are still there on the car so could just leave them in ? the seals are in very good order but cant get hold of mike today but the prices pete has put up are a total rip off
