Got a question what is your average gas an electric a month in your home.. or how much do you top it up a month

My gas bill this quarter was £103, my electric bill was about £90 for same quarter

 

I have an ultra energy efficient new build however

I'm dual fuel and pay around £55 a month for gas and electricity.

my last water bill for 3 months was £190.

Just worked it out

You clean your teeth every other day

Flush on Thursdays

and shower on the second Tuesday of each month whether or not you need it!

I have no idea why its so much the washing machine is on like 3 times a day plus washing 3 cars, 2 showers a day,

I catch my missus sitting on the washing machine about three times a day - it's going but there is never any clothes in it- I can't work it out! :biggrin:

There's such a thing as a clothes basket! You're pouring money down the drain along with the water. You most wash the pants and the socks separately or something! :rofl:

my gas & electric are roughly £18 per week in winter thats on a dual fuel deal in a 2 bed mid terrace house, built pre 1900 with a mid 60's extension so none of the walls are insulated which isn't ideal as i live in a colder area.

I put worn clothes straight in the machine and soon as there is a few things I turn in on I don't have a clothes basket

I pay about 120 a month in gas and electric, 2 young kids sees to that price. Water for me is a joke of a price at 82 quid a month for 8 months. Again 2 young kids means no point having a meter.

I remember those times mate, it was so much easier to manage, I was all over it and paid next to nothing for gas, electric and water, No chance of that now.
