Hi all, as titled, what sort of lip is this?

In this photo it looks like it suits the 89 bumper very well IMO.

    Looks like a custom job blended to the bumper. Car Mad on here does a lip iirc. I dont think it sticks out as far, which in my opinion is a good thing.
