For those that know me and have been to any shows with me this year will know that I've been struggling with my knee for quite some time now and recently I've been really struggling to even walk at times.

Well it was supposed to be today but it's been put back to tomorrow but I'm finally having an arthroscopy to clear out some damaged cartilage, removal of the knee joint lining and trim some bone off the back of my knee cap.

To say I can't wait is an understatement so 12 am tomorrow it's game on.

Hopefully I'll see a big improvement in my mobility and way less pain so fingers crossed.

Good Luck Ian, I know exactly what you mean mate. I am sure the surgery will be successful and you will be pain free and back on track in no time. I spent the summer in and out of hospital this year with my leg/cancer treatment, its all good now. Its AMAZING what the docs can do and trust me, after enduring the shit you have, you will notice a terrific change, just in time for Xmas buddy! Stay calm, let them do their thing and keep the faith! All the best with the op Ian. An old girlfriend of mine had it done and It's a brilliant op. The only problem will be sleeping with a pillow between your legs.....

Last Xmas it was me under the knife... it's Ian's turn this year.
