Well tomorrow is the day I've been waiting for..my Z32 na manual is arriving!!! :)

Being a 80s/90s kid, I've misspent many an hour admiring the shape of the 300s, along with certain shapes on my baywatch posters no doubt! Ha.

Anyway, she's in a bad state, and I'm under no illusion that it'll be easy project, but looking forward to working on her over the next few months!

Wish me luck! ? ?

Matt (West Yorks).

Here's a few, won't include any of the front end because it just needs too much work.uploadfromtaptalk1450050548433.jpg

..and it looks like I have no idea how to upload a correctly orientated photo..apologies!

Previous owner has bumped the front and had no time to repair, but it was a good price and I fancied a challenge. Would rather not upload a pic until it's done if that's OK? Might do a before and after then perhaps.

Most fronty things need replacing tbh, including bumper, radiator, headlights, bonnet os wing and front subframe..can't wait until I get time to strip it down and get stuck in!

Going to be a tall order, but def do-able though, good thing is I'm in no rush so going to take my time to fix it and get it right.

Looks real nice in them pics Matt, don't think I've ever seen that steering wheel before, is it a navan one?!

Cheers Gaz.

Still can't send you a Pm through Tapatalk, it just says 'contact your forum administrator', but I think it's just a bug in the app tbh..I've just sent you a Tapatalk chat msg instead..hopefully you'll receive it.

Well, I thought it was the standard Z one! Show's what I know!

Pretty sure it say's 'Nissan' on it, but will check at the weekend. I've got her all covered up atm until I finish emptying my garage.

Like your motor btw! Just clicked on your link! Top kn@acker! :)

Haha oops not updated that for a while. That Z is long gone. Now got a black forged twin turbo Z and a firebird :)

I've wanted one for years but as you say there aren't many about! So I imported my own from Canada. Not on the road until next year though, but it turns 40 years old then so it'll be free road tax :)

Quick question guys if that's OK?

Since I'm replacing all front components on my N/A, and one day want the option of doing an engine swop to the TT, is there anything I can upgrade that's compatible with both?

Thanks

TT has a slightly different gearbox. I think you can fit it to NA without too much trouble.

NA also has different sized differential gears, but you can keep the NA one, it has a better acceleration gearing (compared to top speed)

The NA doesn't have HICAS if you are interested in that.

As far as the front end goes both radiators are the same, the bumper is different (turbo one has intercooler vents), but im pretty sure there isnt any other front end components that are on a TT but not NA.

Really informative, thanks guys!

Will take you up on that thanks Ted.

I'll send a photo in the morning for you bud i

I have a TT bumper I could swap for an NA one, but we will have to figure logistics. Are you going to japfest 2016?
