So from the ashes or parts of Purple Rain she will be reborn !

Just picked this beauty up, such a smooth engine so gonna love the drive home.

 

You need to sort out parking sensors mate, it seems to be a bit "Skeaghways" in that parking spot:laugh::laugh:

My daughters Elf got locked out last night and only place to stay was in the new zed.

Your 300zx turned up today. You're right, its not movable. The guy had to drag it off the trailer when he was delivering it. Now we've got it sitting in an awkward spot and we can't move it either. We're gonna try to jack up the rear axle and push it forward tomorrow as its late now and everyone's gone.

Yeah, they're great at that!! Just drag it off the back of the lorry, probably damaging more parts! They don't give a toss as long as it's out of their hair!! Seen it before, driver wants to get home early and has little or no regard for someone else's property, as far as he's concerned it's just a wreck and no-one will notice the extra dents and scratches!!:thumbdown::thumbdown:

Don't really want to buy those to move it 5ft then never use them again.

 

We are going to try drag it as the back diff seems has locked out and the wheels won't turn.

Maybe jack up the back diff and roll it with the jack (If your jack has wheels)

it does but the carpark is mostly gravel / stones so the jack will likely just bed down in the soil.

 

I think we will likely take off the front bumper and attach a rope and give it a pull across the path.

or at least a 4x4 to drag it with?

we have a 4x4 and we will likely take the front bumper off so not to damage the front.

 

On a bad note for some reason the back dif has completely locked out and it not in gear or on brake.

 

Fingers crossed its a buggered backend only and doesn't follow down the single piece prop or to the gearbox.

Old zed has arrived in the yard and now safely parked up ready to be stripped.

 

Had to take the front bumper off so I could drag her to a parking bay.
