Interior Innovations - best to avoid.....!

I thought I'd share this, as a few people have recommended a company called Interior Innovations - based in the USA.

From my experience, they are best avoided. I purchased and paid for a double DIN radio surround over 2 months ago - to date I have received nothing and my (several) e-mails have gone unanswered. I gave them the following ultimatum yesterday and, since they still do not bother to reply, I am going public....:mad:

Sorry to be abrupt – but where is the so-called famous American customer service?

 

I paid you over 2 months ago for a 300zx RHD double din radio surround. I appreciate that it takes longer for deliveries to reach the UK; yet you still cannot extend me the courtesy of a reply. Once more, I ask for an update on my order; if I do not hear from you by 18.00 hrs UK time tomorrow then I will raise a Paypal dispute and seek a full refund.

 

Very poor service – and for the record, I help run the UK 300zx owners’ club; so I will not hesitate to tell our members never to use your company. I await your comments, please do not continue to ignore me.

 

Granted, it's a bit of a cheap shot with the "running the owners' club" comment; but I am far from impressed. So paypal dispute is now raised and hopefully a refund is forthcoming. And a lesson has been learned - it's best to pay a few quid more and buy one from Zcentre, than throw money at clowns like these.....:mad:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

You're not the first to have issues with them I'm afraid. They're very 'hit and miss'.

Cheers Bri - and you're dead right mate! Sometimes things are on back order, or held up for one reason or another, but communication is the key. And I made it easy each time by asking the question, so all they had to do was reply......:rolleyes:

 

Still, on the upside raising a paypal dispute worked; I now have been refunded in full. The seller's response was laughable though - "Sorry it did not work out for you!" PMSL - sorry they are incompetent more like; nothing like a genuine apology for holding onto my money for 2 months and not bothering to post the item I bought:wink:

Glad you got it sorted mate, thanks for the "Heads Up". As you have already stated, you don't mind paying a few quid extra, as it's the peace of mind you get when buying from the likes of Luke (Z Centre) or Mike (MJP).:thumbup1:
