I was going to say, I know I have seen this done to a ZX as well.....

....Great concept - but still not worth the money though...

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Dont care what method they make to drop the soft tops into the body, the Z32 convertible just does not look right...many cars can get away with the soft top option on there model range but in my eyes the Zed is not one of them:thumbdown:...ime sure the guys who have one just love em though..

I knew they had a convertible but thought it was a soft-top. Looks alright, I prefer the final edition of the GTO though.

Hmm, it's a LHD 3000GT (not GTO) so must be European.

Defo with you on that one. The majority of sports/super/hyper cars IMO look better in standard (roof included in the sale) form. I do get the 'spider' concept but for cars that are built for lazy California cruising, not stuck in a traffic jam in the rain on the M25.

American spec.

I've had a couple of 3000gt's/GTO, always liked them, preferred the UK car over an import though.

Also knew of the convertible version, I have a brochure somewhere and very early car mag with it in there.

The 300 convertible, is known as a Drophead, designed by Darin Kirschner for ASC.
