Hello all,

Does anyone have for sale a Lower Rear Hicas Outer Tie Rod Link (Nissan OEM 55114-39F00)?

I managed to cross thread mine on the tie rod inner, that's what happens when you don't remove the ball joint first!

Does £20 sound right?

Cheers,

Tim

Go on eBay and look for r32 hicas parts being sold by Langdon4x4. Cheap prices for the same parts lots of companies mark up and sell for more.

Thanks for the lead Stuart. Couldn't find a listing for the part so I emailed him but I think he's just gone on hols.

If anyone has a used one they want to sell, let me know.

I think he wants the piece that attaches to that balljoint, Si.

That's an r33 and r34 hicas balljoint, which won't fit a z32. The z32 uses r32 balljoints instead. They use r32 track rods for the hydraulic version, or r33 track rods for the electronic version. Known as drumsticks. Or is it the cast lumps that you're after, that screw onto the end of these?

Thanks for responses, it is the cast lump at the end that the inner tie rod screws into.

Sorry, not sure how to insert image?

If it's just the cast lump, just find a used one from someone breaking a zed or r32 and you'll be alright. Can the threads in yours not be cleaned up and repaired then?

The threads look pretty messed up so I was hoping to find a used one to replace (took a lot of force and a blow torch to detach from the tie rod inner). I called up a few breakers but they seem to be selling the whole hicas system and I only wanted that particular part. If no one on this forum has one, I'll just have to cough up…. thanks anyway.

Should be pretty easy getting one used, loads of people remove the hicas for example, so there should be plenty out there. Just stick a wanted thread up, I'll keep an eye out for one for you. :)

Ok cheers, will give it to the end of the week as I need to get one soon before my sis tows the zed off her drive to the local scrap dealer!

Hi, I have just removed my HICAS and have the tie rods you are after. Drop me a PM if you are still looking for them (I am just over the Cambridge boarder in Northamptonshire).

Hi, that's great. I couldn't figure how to send a PM? Do you have an ebay account, if you list it and let me know its on there that might be the best way?

Hi, just drop me a text at some point 07941 460050. You can have them for free if you can collect.
