Probably and that's because it's Nissan's own vehicle and can usually be found on display at the 'Nissan Heritage Center' in Nashville.

They do occasionally come up for sale. I haven't seen one quite that low, but there's been a couple at auction (Japan) with less than 6,000 KM. This includes a 1989 TT with only 5,200 KM that I could've had for under €10,000! Not usually that cheap, of course.
