Noticed this leaking not badly burritos dripping on the down pipe

 

It's not the best picture. But the best I could get with my phone

What is it in it. It looks like it's dripping from the connector might just need tightening. It's on the passenger side hose goes in the back of the fire wall. The other side runs along the passenger side of the engine.

 

Thinking it's coolant but can't be sure.

Can't see very good but is it freezing cold could be aircon the pipe could be dripping water, from freezing and ice water ends up on pipe,
