These were custom manufactured by MW-Tech of 350z owners. They're not available anymore and from memory, I don't think you can even buy 15mm bolt-on hubcentric spacers in this country anymore, the only ones I know of are FIC ones which are available only in the US which are £120.

 

These are £40 + postage which is unlikely to cost much more than £5-£6.

You need to know the wheel width aswel to answer that bud.
