Help, MOT fail

Hi all, i just had a re test today and it has fail again on emissions, drivers side, lamba sensor 1.05, anything over 1.03 is a fail,

I only have till 7pm today to get it through, its with my mechanic, any ideas to get it down quickly,

    A small leak in the exhaust can cause a high lambda reading, the Venturi effect draws air into the exhaust upstream of the test probe. A tiny leak can and will cause this.

     

    Also in the uk, if an exhaust is joined anywhere post engine you CANNOT test each bank individually.
