I like your seating on the top decking, im going to be making something similar out of pallets, but first i need to scrub and rub down the decking and stain it again, as you know thats time consuming and a right pain in the ass lol

I found those seats in a skip lol iv recovered the 2 on the left in black leather need to get the other 4 done, the decking is built out of old scaffold boards, telegraph poles and old conduit for spindles that I stripped out a job

Really cool

I did mine a few years ago with proper decking , posts and rails etc, but i dont think the decking boards look that good anymore  They dont seem to weather as well as your scaff boards, hopefully after a good sanding and stain it might look good again, but im thinking of ripping it all up and starting again lol

Wasnt cheap either, over a grand in wood for a 15ft x 10ft decking area, plus some steps and a separate bbq platform.

for everything you see there, decking, seating, swingset, playhouse log cabin ect I think iv spent in the region of about £800. its been built up over a period of time but the actual boards that you walk on have been down for about 6 years I think it is only replaced 2 bits of them. im using creocote to stain them this time gives such a good water resistence on the scaffold boards

Yeah think that cabin is meant to be 1200 but we knew someone who worked there he used to collect the excess wood from orders and save it up till he got enough for a cabin. so we got it for 250

Being up in freezing cold Scotland, I hope you've turned that log cabin into a sauna! :)

What do you mean freezing was shorts and tshirt weather today. 6 degrees but a wee bit cloudy so I kept the tshirt on

I will mainly be decking today.. Keeping the missus happy has a higher priority than the Zed :)
