series 1 diff in series 2 300zx

Will a series 1 twinturbo diff fit into a series 2 car

Both twinturbo mine has elec hicas and the seller says there an oil feed on the back of diff for hicas

I want to weld the spare for drifting and switch them for trackdays

Will the diff and casing be a straight swap???

    The hicas unit bolts to the subframe not the diff. Unless some one knows better I wasn't aware of a difference between any if the TT diffs only the NA vs TT difference.

    Just a small curve ball, the UK spec diff, although the same as the JDM TT cars as an oil cooler, which can be deleted with no issues.

    The seller might have confused the oil lines for these.
