I am trying to put a meeting together.the thread starts in our east anglia bit under the thread title. Whos up for a meeting.so ive placed a thread here as somone outside our area is very welcome to come along.

So far the meeting place is at snetterton race way on the A11.

So in summary for anyone reading this thread. This meet is to take place on Sunday 29th March.

 

Can you confirm what time we are meeting? Also, on arrival, what is there to do at Snetterton when there are no set events scheduled? For example, can we get access to the track? Is there a cafe/bar place open to grab some lunch? Or are we literally just gate crashing the car park at Snetterton?

 

As it stands, I'm currently not working and so am available to attend, but I couldn't confirm until a few days before as that may change!

To confirm yes sorry Joely P. The meet is for sunday the 29th March at i was looking for a date there was the masters raceday planned when this yearly guide went to print . But unfortunatly its not happing now. So we still have quite a few members willing to meet on that day anyway.was going to move it to the saturday before but to many people doing other things.so had to stick with that day.there is a resturant come cafe there.well theres a couple places to eat. There is still the biggest toy shop there in the whole country apparently.its hudge.was going to meet up for about What ten eleven o clock.im easy.theres more than me comming.so what you think. About times.if theres anything else going on near buy or anywhere we could come and meet up.even if there was more members from eslwere who could meet. So far we have five commited guys and another five saying poss pending work.always open to surgestions guys. Any input welcome.

all as i ever tried to do is get a meeting organized. And so far as i can see by all my effort in this region and ringing and pm eveyone.in a week so early on in the year its not so shaby effort.bringing members together and having a laugh rather than seating at home scratching you arse on a sunday.the fact that the entertainment has been spolt a little.itll be good to meet some fresh new faces. And if somone was to do a doughnut.lol .so what. Weather on our side should be a good day.

Then of course you havr a group of people that maybe in the summer mounths might all get together and have a two hour drive together to meet the south east region and london chaps and meet up at the famous ace cafe. One step at a time a.

I'm up for this, any excuse for a zed day, fingers crossed for sunshine.

I'm offshore until the 9th April guys so sadly I'm out :thumbdown: Happens every time there's a meet!

Shame this as I wood have been up for it but must use all the spare time to finish the car off can't stop spending thinking that's it all done then see something else woo like that or like them

I may be able to make it I'll leave after the F1 race and then come down I'll be on way to London but can make a diversion
