Bottom end bearing shells fitted. Why and was there any altication or trouble after.please state clearly as to why there were done in the first case.and what was you trying to acheave buy doing it.thanks.pics always wecome to.

    I had mine done a few years back. Miss diagnosis (my bad) on a knocking noise. Paid a garage to do it for me with the engine in situ. Don't recall it costing a lot. No problems after.

    It nearly ended up being done by Paul@SWZ, luckily I pulled the plug on that just in time and took it to Jim's, otherwise the above would very likely contain a horror story lol!
