It's been a busy weekend for me. I have finally pulled the engine and auto20150125_180852.jpg gearbox out of the z. Then I have cleaned up the manual box to go in. Replaced some of the bearings. And painted it all up. Here are some pics to show you what I have done.

How easy was it to do the bearings in the gearbox fella. I've got to do one or two in mine. I've also got a spare box I might pull down and replace the bearings anyway.

I have only replaced the second shaft bearing, needle thrust bearing and the selector slide bearing plus seals in the bellhousing. It was easy enough to do them apart from the selector slide bearing as I had to grind it and beat it out. Also had to heat bellhousing to refit.

Thanks guys. Its got home ok so far. Not In a rush so can tinker. Got soooo much to do still.
