How can you test once you have bouht a pair of new turbos, that yhe actuators are set to the correct pound per square inch.psi.

The reason fir me asking is i read an artical not so long ago, and they found on fitting checking new turbos prior to fitting. One was set at 5psi And the other one was at 9 psi. Need to check before install me thinks.

And anyone who wants to come back with the reply. Dont buy cheap shiet. These write up was accross the board.

I would take them to a specialist to set them up, and then you know there is no problem once the engine is back in the car

Noel theres hundreds.if them.are you saying when tubs are off the car i can just put mesured air pressure in them to see when the acuator arm moves. And when it dose then that the pressure yhere set at. And also if you needed to change them you can just wind the bolt in or out to the desired pressure and tihjten thd lock bolt. Cool. And whilst im here why do some waste gates have daul ports on them.please.
