Name that part!

Hi all, wonder if someone might be able to hemp me out here. I recently happened to view the front of my car from a lower angle and noticed something unfamiliar behind the nose vents - a small silver bottle.

Here's a link to a few pics. Can anyone tell me what this is? Thanks =)

Sorry, no idea but surely it would be illegal to "hemp" you out anyway... biggrin.gif

I think is't a standard part, have a look at this gif from the manual:

Dont know anymore than that i'm afraid!

Trev.

It's the AC filter/drier.

Maciej

It's part of the aircon system. Think that it is the filter.

Thanks guys, it makes sense now: I recently had the car in for a new set of aircon components, hence the shiny new filter.

Raz

Its the refridgerant bottle for the aircon, my 200sx had the same bottle until I removed it, its not a filter because they have a sight glass on the top of the bottle to check the level.
