Hi Under the bonnet I have some red pipes running across the front of the engine which have started to crack and break, cant figure out what they are for any one know?

As above, a picture would be useful.

Are you talking about the 4 fat pipes that look front to back, 2 of which connect to the throttle bodies?

Otherwise they might be part of a boost controller arrangement - not standard fitment.

What is on the end of the red hose that disappears under the blue intake pipe Racca???

It looks like boost controller solenoid.....

If you need new pipes you could try 'Leigh Baxter associates in Southend..... if they haven't got any they can get them usually or make them up.....

So I would assume I have no control of boost at present lol

They should be attached to the actuators if it is boost controller.....

That or snip off a tiny bit and take it with you. To me that looks like someone's removed an electronic boost controllor prior to sale. Might be worth tracing what is there to work out what you've got. I've the controllors missing and that's all they have done you will have to change configuration to make it work properly again.
