Getting fed up of my slicktop now, it's developed another fault,

I'm confused, not sure what could cause it, its like something is cutting the throttle, it runs for about a second then idles for 2 then then runs again, it ignores the throttle, I'm getting a voltage off the tps and vacuum is going, so throttles are operating but the car does nothing? It's a constant cycle, and undrivable it doesn't matter how hard you accelerate, maf has a good voltage,

I have a computer ( blitz rvit) giving me voltages

Any ideas, thanks...

Just ordered a new fuel filter once I got to work, fuel pressure is good ( I've got an adjustable regulator with a gauge)

The engine doesn't die that's the weird thing, it just stops accelerating,

Holding a good vacuum, assume the regulator is good, is not very old, swapped with my green one only the other week as it's better then the one that was on it.,

maybe swap it back and also redo/check any other work you've done in the last few days..

I would do a full check on all the electrics as well.. right from ECU through CAS and injectors etc...

check for good connection and no corrosion...

a regular thing when doing work on these is dislodging something by accident...

you could then go ahead with the 6Ps ...

My gut instinct says a maf fault. I know you tested the voltage but have you tried running the car with out it connected?

ECU going into Safety Mode ?

Safety mode doesn't work like that on these cars. It's fairly non-intrusive, and completey undetectable in certain driving conditions (ie when not under load).
