When I removed my gearbox I found one of the short bolts was missing. Does anyone have one from a knackered box they wont be using anymore?

I had some missing ones, just went to the local fixings place and purchased some of the right ones in high tensile steel. They are an odd size due to the head being smaller than regular for that thread size. The regular size should fit though, it did for me, don't forget the washer. It will cost you less than postage of them.

Yeah that's what I normally do but found a couple of times the heads have been bigger than the space available and I can't check as I'm away at work. As it fitted on yours before I'll take one out and take it down there, cheers :thumbup1:

Yeah, I'm sure it worked. You could always use a Allen head one instead reduce the head size I think you will find.
