tt vert manual is the way forward fast ,lol

I believe all verts are non turbo and apart from a few they are almost exclusively automatic. So a twin turbo manual vert would be a custom job, a far bit more long winded than many would expect. I do however agree that would be nice, personally I'd prefer a slicktop though if I was going to buy an NA shell to TT, slicktops being the base model are often Non turbo manual.

i know i have a manual tt vert all custom just had new uprated turbos so quick with an na diff im sure if allan gets one he will convert.

That's cool, do you have any pictures be interested to see it.

I reckon a vert converted to a manual twin turbo would be super cool:)

Wouldn't cost too much I reckon, but I personally couldn't live with the chassis flex, it already bugs me enough in the SWB targa.

That said, on a nice sunny day, top down it would make a lovely drive, bet it would get more attention than a standard Z too.

got to be fair get loads of atention every time i take it out would love to put pics up but compleate tech morron dont know how to attact

what we used to do with the minis was put a extra steel rail in there to keep her straght.

I Have a n/a vert if you have a TT then you would driving to fast for people to stand by and imagine the presence that you would be creating.

That's not strictly true. The Stramann convertible version of the Z32 was of course available as a Twin Turbo.

Hi Allen, Just come across your post and was wondering if your still looking?

I have a black N/A manual vert that I'm thinking of selling, always garaged.

Sorry Allan but cant let you encourage a registered user to sell by back door methods. It would not be fair on other subscribed members who have put their cars up for sale and have paid a subscription fee to do so. I hope that Patrol7r will pay a simple fee to sell a much admired convertible on a 300zx enthusiasts site and by doing so he will have more respect and trust from fellow members rather that someone who goes against the rules to try and sell.

I Have now paid, i'm sorry if i have offended anyone but i just replied to a thread saying i was thinking of selling, there was no intent to be underhanded. I just didn't realise.Hope this clears everything up.!

I understand what you have had to say. This is a wanted thread, and I have paid a subscription to do so, I have beed denined replys from people as they are not subscribed, I feel this is incorrect, and needs to be looked at by the power that be?

Thanks

Allan

It may be a wanted thread Allan but we cannot allow non subbed members to sell via the forum in any way. To do so would not be fair on members that have paid. I do appreciate that you are subbed but the person you were asking to contact you was not (at the time) and therefore it was a breach of the AUP. The rule is for everyone with no exceptions and will not be changing.

On the plus side, the person has since subbed and the relevant posts have been reinstated. You are now free to deal with them.

Thank you for your thoughts on this matter Allan but I concur with my colleague above. The rules are very clear and there is no grey area to get round it. That is a registered member can not sell on the forum and any registered member doing so will have his for sale post or thread removed.

A subscribed member asking a registered member to sell on the forum is not a way round it and my colleague's on the Mod and Committee teams will enforce this.

I would also like to point out that Subscribed members seeing a registered user selling also enforce this by alerting the Mod team by hitting the report button.

So I hope you now understand why Patrol7r has now subscribed to the forum after not reading the rules on selling (which a lot of members dont read) and I thank him for understanding my removal of his post.

Your thoughts are always welcome Allan

Gary.
