I've got a new project arriving next week and my mate is insanely jealous... He's got a 200sx that he's had for 9 years and we always have jovial rivalry on the car front constantly, anyway not to be outdone he went and bought this engine & gearbox yesterday:

Yes that's an 8.3L V10 Viper engine

And the funny thing is he doesn't even know what it's going in yet lol :lol:

Who'd like that in their Z?!

Christ does that rust come with the wheels or is just to balance it off the floor. If it was £500 I'd think about it but 2k nooooo

That's just how much they are now, hopefully won't go much higher than that! Only 30 miles from us too. Cheers for the link Gaz I'll pass it on!

Well he's been stripping it down today and the whole yard stunk of fuel when I got there. Everything is massive! Big old fuel rail, air intake you can get your head in! I donated a brand new part to the project that I've had sitting around. A Viper brake light that glows up. Should look damn cool in whatever he goes for, looking highly likely it's gonna be a Chevrolet Chevelle.

Its heading that way Darren 2.5 k now. From the pics can you give a rough estimate on how much to restore?

Lol! i doubt it mate!-if i bought it i'd put aside around 10k.............

Worth a lot more when done tho'
