How do I change the part under my name to say something other than subscribed member?

Its preset by the subscription group that you are in.

 

Although I think a select few members may have requested a custom one in the past.

Click settings (arrowed), then 'edit profile' on the left hand menu (not arrowed) and then change - other arrow!
