My Z is finally taking shape

Well after a two month wait for my rear wheels I've finally got them all fitted along with my HSD coilovers and adjustable arms. And I must admit I'm in love with it again! It's totally transformed it and it's finally getting to where I want it.

Wheels are Japan Racing JR12s. What do you think? Haterz gonna hate lol

Looks spot on baz, have you had to roll the rear arches?

Haven't done yet mate but will get done. See what I mean about the colour lol

Yeah it's completely different! It's a really nice car you jammy bugger. Arch rolling needs sorting on mine ATM, too much camber and I need that extra 10mm to straighten up.

Really like those wheels. I very nearly bought a set from Tarmac Sportz. But all that cash is now being spent on sorting the suspension out.

Looking good Baz.

Yep agreed

Looking Lovely.....

I'm not a fan a fan of spoilerless but I realise it's everyone to their own.....

Thanks for the nice comments guys. Tony, I'm not really a fan of spoilerless, but I have been holding off until I could get my wheels and suspension on to see if it looks better smooth. Still on the fence lol. Problem is I'm not crazy over the 99 spec vectra spoiler lol, I have a fibreglass 89 spec one, but will that just be wrong on a 99... Meh too many questions!

I'm taking off my 96 wrap around one and fitting a 99 one to my green zed, You could have the the one that comes off if you want.... all you'd have to do is paint it

What about the horseshoe? I actually think 99 front fascia 89 rear spoiler is perfect blend.

Some guy on here had a 94 horseshoe not too far from my mums house, I did send him a message but not heard back. You posting pictures of them the other week really made me start liking them.

They are a really weird thing, on some cars they look wrong. On other cars usually lowered 2+2s they look awesome. The 99 IMO looks wrong from a certain angle as if it just doesn't belong on the car.

It depends on the colour Dan

whats the spoiler on your car ?

See the pics....95-99 before the new one came out.....

Sometimes referred to as the ironing board type !

Mine isn't a late 99 one Funky Si's is the lete one Mine was fitted as I said, after the original one discontinued in 95/95 to early 99 and then switched to the wrap over type drom the wrap around like mine

I would have used a late 99 one if it bonded to the boot by the ends its just the t shape of it with the over hangs that I don't like. I hope baz does not fit one on his.
