Going to start the plans to get the Zed back on the road, still haven't decided if the head needs to come off yet, but the plenum does to fix the water leak. so seen as though it's coming off, it's not gunna go back on the same. but struggling to decide what to do with it,

 

The obvious choice would be to polish it, or even powder coat it chrome, but I'm worried it would be a Tw*t to keep clean. So I've thought maybe a nice black, grey or even a red. along with a contrasting rocker cover and throttle cover, and maybe timing belt cover.

 

But can't decide, need some inspiration. So what have you got?

 

Not even after similar colours to what would match mine, but just on colour schemes as a whole, I remember Groovers looking beautiful, although a yellow would look out of place on mine, maybe the same style just with different colours. if you get what I mean, so get your pics out...

Has anyone moved the fuse box, i'd imagine it's too hard?

 

The fuse box can be relocated, few people have done it. Many choose to pop it down where their aircon compressor used to be. Or on the other side of the wing, I believe Andy Isherwood did the latter.

Yeah the rockers are powder coated gloss black, so are all the engine mounts, cas bracket, intercooler metal pipes, balance bar etc...

 

Got a battery on it now lol, was a picture from when I was working on it, and still got to buy a radiator bracket not that it needs one cause nothing moves lol...and it still will blow dust everywhere cause its designed to I have the fan shroud on and it pulls some serious air...
