Only the us smz model as far as I know think that was a stillen panel .

I had a double vent nose panel on for years and was going to go completely smooth, but decided to use my smooth panel and add the gold Z badge, which i think finishes the front off nicely.

I have a smooth one, it's not fibreglass, so thinking it must be factory oem?

Not sure if I wanted smooth, but the idea is growing on me especially if you can fit the badge on after

I've got a badgeless one on mine at the mo, but can't decide if I like it or not! So might end up putting my red badge on it.

Not quite correct. SMZ wasn't a factory car either.

The only models NOT to have a badge on the nose panel from the factory were US specification 1990 models. All other models(globally) had nose badges. Japan having the 'Z' badge and the rest of the world having the Nissan hamburger.

So a badge - less one is quite rare?

Not really because there are many owners that have had them removed now. I'm not one BTW, I like the Z badge.
