Can someone confirm correct wheel and tyre sizes for me please for 19" rims. PCD & ET and assuming wider rears is 19" x 8.5 for front and 19" x 9.5 rear ok?

PCD should be 5x114.3. Those widths front and rear are good, the offset and tyre size is now dependant on the final stance you're after and what work you are prepared to do in order to achieve that goal.

"Safe fitment" (as a guide only) with no arch work would be:

Front 19x8.5 ET25, 235/34-19

Rear 19x9.5 ET35, 265/30-19

I wouldn't go any higher than those offsets but you can go lower as long as you know the effects and remedies (such as arch rolling, tyre stretch, camber etc).
