I wish people would learn to write adverts properly. That is shocking.

Decatted? You ever driven an NA with Decats? You'd hate the car within 20 miles of driving on a motorway.

£500 notes on top of that and you could have had my Slicktop when it was up for sale.

Zed #2: 1998 Midnight Purple 2+2 NA. (owned 2020 - now)

Zed #1: 1995 Blue Slicktop NA (2013-2015)

Mate i've spoke to him and I wouldn't be paying anywhere near what he's asking :)

My 1st Zed was pretty much exactly the same as this one except a 90, I loved the sound it made with the full stainless decat system, so did everyone else when I turned up at Santa pod.

This Zed would be a great starting point for me again.

Agreed Al, crap advert! At least he has decent photos of it. I have adverts with photos taken of Z32s with like the front and the rear of the car completely out of shot, a close up of the glove box, a wheel and a blurred image of the rear!

As for the silver one, it has a rusty rear arch (offside), looks like the sill has tarnish on it, so that could be on its way out too and possibly bubbling on the lower left hand side of the filler cap, front bumper doesn't fit quite right and looks like it's had a poor repaint (absolutely no shine to it).

Looks relatively straight though. I personally wouldn't go for it, with the rust it has and the other cosmetic things, you should be able to get it a little cheaper. I'd expect it to be in better condition for a series 3 though.

I do find NAs quite droany though, especially with decats. I have a silver one in the USA that I use and I am not the biggest lover of the noise it makes.

I have had a lot of close up pics emailed to me of the sills, the bottom rear of the arches etc, and all seem pretty good.

I know about the rust on the arch, apparently this is the only rust on the car.

The rear bumper has some fading, didn't notice any paint problems on the front bumper, just that it needed refitting to get it right.

Your keen eye so is a reason I would like someone to have as look for me, for me just to go and have a look means a 4.5 hour train ride and a shit load of expence.

Look at the front bumper again - it's as flat as a pancake. Wetsanding 'might' revive it.

Have you had photos of the underside emailed to you? I'd say that arch needs chopping out, it's between the skins and is on the main panel now, not the lip.

Now you've mentioned it, it does look a bit flat, although that could be down to shit camera?

I didn't get picks of underneath either.

I thought the arch would have been a easy rub down treat and paint jobbie....

No, not due to camera. Compare it to the rest of the panels and you'll see the difference and it's noticable in all the pics. It's nothing too major, as it might polish out after wet sanding...

No, that arch is rotten from the inside out, it NEEDS cutting out or else it would just come back. Rubbing it down and painting it is futile.

Agreed! I have had first hand experience and it does not look good.

Don't think I'm guna find a Zed before the 25th anniversary :crying:

Don't make that your goal else you could end up with something you're not entirely happy with.
