I have tried to push it in to meet the liner holes but its splitting and going to break.

My liners have seen better days, it is a B surface in my mind and there is some cable tie technology going on under there.

More importantly

That car is beautiful  funky wheels and fitment have never sparked my interest before, but I really like that, I would drive that and be very proud of it. :thumbup1:

Nice looking car sir...

and sorry, can't help with the liners. Personally I don't have them fitted as I binned them to save weight.

Welcome (back?) to the club mate - that's a tidy looking Zed you have there!!!

CarMad is a trader on here; his stuff is normally top notch - and he's a dead helpful fella so do drop him a line......

Thanks for subbing too; your support is gratefully appreciated!!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Fits better than my JUN bumper. I've don't think I have ever seen a well fitted nose on a zed.

Must admit that bumper wasn't the best of fit on my Zed either, I just assumed that the shit body shop that sprayed it for me had just done a bad job with fitting.............. Still looks the *****x though!!!!

that's a shame the fit isn't rite the car looks nice. could you not even pull it over even half the way and use some kind of bracket to hold it there or push the other side out to match

Fitment is EVERYTHING! There's having fitted wheels and having hellaflush nonsense. Flush wheels and a good stance make or break ANY car. :)

Whilst the paint ain't my thing, the car looks great and sits nicely . WSM as in Weston Super Mud? You're just down the road from me!

Looks like the side bracket inside the bumper needs bending in slightly, most are rusted and do bend easily, it should bring the side of the bumper in. Its the single 10mm bolt as you look inside the arch liner.

You could try heating it with a hot air gun and gently pulling it into the right shape and then clamping it to cool off,
