Press the AUTO button to switch on, change the temp via the up - down arrows..:)

That's it, in a nut-shell! "Off" is everything off; and "Econ" is having the blowers working on auto, but without the actual AC being on - leaving "Auto" for the full AC experience, providing the "Econ" light is NOT illuminated, you will be running with AC.

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

As above really, but try increasing the temp up then down to 10 again, sometimes helps get the air cooler quicker, or it does in mine lol.

Surprised mine is still cold. Rarely use it and when I do, it's ice cold. Not had to re-gas in ever and I've had the car for 10 years. I've been told that it's good to keep it working regularly, so I make sure I switch it on, get it cold and then turn it off. It's supposed to stop the seals going hard or something.

Pretty sure there a valve near the heater matrix that regulates the temperature, mine had the same issue I removed the aircon in the end for various reasons but even on Econ it blows hot set at 10c apart from about 4am one morning on the way to Japfest when it blew ice cold the whole way there, then never did it again. Pretty sure that valves jammed open allowing engine coolant at full temp into the cabin.
