Hi,

I am just finalising the last bits and bobs for an imminent paint job and was wondering what the "fasteners" were listed as upper, left and right and whether they need to be replaced or not?

I know I will need the upper moulding/seal and I already have new side mouldings but am unsure of these fasteners and the likelihood of reusing them on installation.

There are plastic trim runners that are bonded in with the screen. 1 along the top where the rubber seal is pressed in and 2 either side where the clips are pushed in that secure the side trims.

If the screen is coming out it is your opportunity to renew the fasteners - IMO recommended as they are likely to be damaged during the cutting of the mastic when the screen comes out.

Thanks for the advice Mike. I have the upper moulding and fastener pricing from a recent message (Windscreen top moulding £39.40, Fastener for moulding £26.30), what is the current price of the L+R fasteners?
