How do I get one of these?

I have been looking for parts to complete my zed and saw this on youtube recently. It is a Zed with a Hiro rear cover for the rear lights - see below. I already have the side skirts and rear arches, but want to achieve the whole look as in the yellow one. Do I start searching on the Japan Yahoo auctions do you think?
