Whats the pipe please?

Hi Chaps.

Wondering what this pipe is please.

Passenger front wheel well, comes from behind the front bumper area and goes what seems to be into the frame rail.

Its a dead end pipe with just a slit opening on the end of it.

Is it from the carbon canister vent? Just doing a bit of tidying up. Fully removed all AIV and PRVR components.
