Zed- Racer you put on a na rear end onto your tt. did you get to manage to give it a burn round the track and if you have finished it does it feel nice and tight. and do or can you notice the lower end gains ect and what and how has it affected yourspeedo if at all..any long drives yet to see if finished, weather the gearing makes a difference to motorway driving ? sorry toask all these questions but i bet im not the only person intrested in your results. cheers

Unfortunately I've not tested it yet. My test day is on 19th May and I'll be giving it a good hard time and let you know what I think and how I find it. It's having the wheels aligned today ready for testing. Not an easy task with a full DriftWorks setup.....

 

Started the NA swap a year ago and I've not driven it since - except in and out of the garage:sad:

I've swapped mine and it felt very tight wouldn't go back to hicas...

Even when you boot it round a tight corner it spins round but easy to control...

And it pulls better in all gears makes the feel a lot lighter it just gets up and goes,

Im intersted too spin/racer, I'll be fitting one when the opportunity comes up.

The speedo was a lot out, i put the sat nav on which showed the speed, and I put speedo in with no glass and tweaked the hand a couple of times to it was right, when u 1st pull off its delayed till about 5mph before its starts moving but better to have it right at faster speeds,

 

Rpm is up a tiny bit on motorways but I wouldn't worry about it, zeds are pretty crap on fuel all the time,

Saying that I borrowed my uncles tdv8 range rover sport to go Bournemouth air show last summer what a piece of crap that was used over 100quid in fuel was like driving a boat...zed is cheaper and much more better drive...

because i think other people might be intrested in the results, and if they are its more work potenally for our traders and more stuff gets sold on ect ect bla bla bla. thats why, plus i wanted to know also cas my rear end is over at mark darbeys place ready to be fitted aswell. thats all.
