Drove 50 miles car was amazinga mazing fit strong happy. Stopped for fuel, wouldn't restart, then after 3 mins it did. Got 5 miles and it felt like id run out of fuel, as it slowed I tried to bump it in each gear as if I left the clutch dipped it stopped. But just like fuel starvstion ran down each gear. Then I got check engine and just made it to a lay by. Wouldnt catch at all now it tries sometimes catches faulterjng at 100 rpm! Its been half an hour.

 

This isn't good :-/

Clutch, oil leak, deletes, intercoolers. This is out of the blue!

Panic over, it was the fuel pump ecu again. Earthed the pump off the boot floor and got it running. I am at Berwick services now having a macdonnalds.

 

The car is back to how I know it to be, a brilliant machine. Its used half a tank in 200 miles and has beem comfortable and Ive had to reign it in all the way to keep it below 70, the accelerator solid and buzzing beneath my foot the car like an eager dog tugging the lead trying to rush forward.

Good to see you have it sorted Tom they are a great car when going well but a real pain when they are playing up and you have to start fault finding

what made u think it was the ecu fuel pump were is that and how did you temp wire that up any pics, glad ur ok and all is good
