After cleaning my PTU connections error code 21?

Hi guys i just reinstalled my ptu after cleaning the connections now i am getting error code 21(ignition signal circuit),and the car is running rough as hell,still no joy with cylinder 1,but the car is running even worse now.Anyone else have this problem

    Check you haven't damaged a pin or that the connector is seated correctly. I'd also advise a full clean up of all connectors from the MAF, PTU and Coil packs.

    yep needs to be reset, IIRC the error code will stay for a certain amount of ignition switch cycles.
