The ninth new medium Feather Sail flag has been delivered to the Ireland Region :hyper: Pics up this weekend and more news to follow.

Sadly the Motorsport banner is still in its bag.

It went all the way to Japfest but didnt get displayed for a list of reasons.

It was blowing very windy and nobody told me you would need four long stakes and a hammer to secure it.

Some bright person from another club decided he was parking cars all over the place so the 300zxs couldnt/didnt park together.

It was a shame we didnt have "an organizer" present

It wasnt our pitch/show so perhaps it wasnt appropriate to put it up anyway.

Bob n me were out in all three track sessions so had limited time to do anything with it.

Maybe it would have been better with a "drive over" type base. I could have asked another 300ZX to put it under his wheel.

No good for me as the car was constantly moved during the day.

For the future ... carrying it in my car is a nightmare as anything like the base legs rattle about as Im on the road as I have no trim/storage facility.

Sorry to sound negative but thats just the situation

I like the idea of the banner .but on reflection it might be better utilized by a National or regional organizer

If you think you cant make use of it Pete then I will leave it open to any REO who would attend some of the Track Events/shows to use it.

Well its deffo going to TOTB with Bob n me cos we will have Bobs RV and trailer etc.

I might trailer my car too. so plenty of tools and storage available.

Im more than wiling to send it to REOs etc for major motorsport non sporting events.

It needs to be out n about as much as possible

Good to hear its going to TOTB Pete and if there is events that you are busy on track dont be afraid to give it to another member who can set it up and look after it mate.
