Good evening..

Well Mrs took the zed out this evening and broke it lol...

Now there is a clunking noise that is def a rotational one. It's not there when engine is running and stationary. But does increase with speed and gets louder.

I've got a video but tap talk wont let me up loaded it.

Going to get under in tomorrow but wanted to know if any body had any ideas as to what it might be. ??

Thanks in advance

Neil

When my capri prop went I diagnosed it when to me it sounded like it was passenger side and my passenger thougjt I was nuts because to them it was drivers side.

Obviously it was in the middle

I would jack the front up and spin the wheels by hand, at least that way you might be able to tell if it is wheel related.

don`t forget to check the tie rod too..she may have hit a hole and cracked the arm

Spun the wheels by hand on Sunday, cant reproduce the noise. getting no movement from the prop, obviously this doesnt completely rule this out but its less likely in my eyes due to lack of movement by hand. (wobbling)

have checked over the suspension parts the prop and steering rack. nothing jumps out at me, and haven't spotted anything that looks like it could be the cause.

sounds daft but have you checked wheel nuts are tight...might be moving on studs.
