I like my manual, I just preger manuals and thats it, I have never driven an auto though. Its down to personal taste, I don't care which is quicker, which has more control, which blows up less, when it comes down to it, I like changing gears, I like it a lot, i change them in my sleep :)

Personally, I've had both (auto and manual that is), and I definitely prefer playing with my stick! - But, like you say, it's just down to personal preference IMHO.

I enjoy my auto as its nice to drive, but john dixon took me for a spin in his manual and i stepped out of his car wanting mine converted.

Why do manual cars always blow their engines?

Autos dont blow up as many times,and we dont all cry for new clutches LOL:D:D:D

I reckon its cos our auto's decide when they want to change gear and dont allow us to hammer them up to 7000 revs.

 

As for autos not blowing up , im not the prson to comment on that!
