Hi all,

 

Thanks to my super-human strength I've managed to rip off my bonnet release lever :( It snapped in half last summer but was still useable but today the other half of the plastic lever pull snapped off :(

 

I'm pretty sure the cable itself is ok, just the handle which is fubared.

 

Is there a way I can work round this and open the bonnet another way? I've no pressing urgency to open the hood but it would be nice to have that facility if I wanted it lol.

I was hoping that there might be some secret extra bonnet release pull hidden deep in the drivers footwell for this kind of thing lol.
