Ideally you'd want a +20 on an 8.5" wheel to give it a flush fitment. So out of the two, you'll need to go for a +30. Having said that, if you went for a +35, you could get 15mm bolt-on hubcentric spacers to give it the flush look and pull it out to +20 effective. If you went for the +30 wheel, you'd need slide-on 10mm hubcentrics and longer wheel bolts. 10mm is too thin for bolt-on hubcentrics . Depends what you want to do with it really. Bolt-on hubcentrics are cheaper and easier to install as you don't have to buy 10x longer bolts and then have them fitted. Total outlay would be less with bolt-on versions despite initial outlay being a bit more.

but will be lowering the car to et20 mite be a little to close

My Z is lowered and I am running +20 on an 8.5" wheel at the front.....how low are you going?

Pretty sure that'll rub on stock arches...

yes am hoping to roll them

Only a mild lip roll I'd imagine. I rolled my lips at the very top slightly before mine went in for paint. Just be careful with lip rolling. Regardless of what anyone says, you will get micro-fractures in the paint which can let in moisture in. Painters don't use a 'plasticizer' on the paint that's going on to metalwork, so the paint has little elasticity. Heat can help, but there's only so much that paint can stretch. I only did mine because I was getting it painted.

You'll probably be ok, but just be careful.

car is getting a full respray so that not a prob. just cant make me mind up on the front mite go with the 30et then
