Can anyone tell me the width with the mirrors folded in, at the very widest point? I have to move my Zed (engine-less) and unsure if it will fit in the new garage. Thanks in advance (be precise, it's gonna be a tight squeeze) :-)

wouldn't you be better off doing it yourself with a couple of spirit levels and a tape?

I seems to me that taking someone else's word for it when the gap requires "be precise, it's gonna be a tight squeeze" might end badly. :D

Probably right mate......

.....But according to Nissan's literature, the over all width of the Z32 (excluding door mirrors) is 1800mm (70.9 inches). Note, "without" mirrors - not with mirrors folded in!!

That is the widest point along the flanks of the car; which taper in past the tops of the wheel arches. So with mirrors folded in, it "probably" will not be any wider - reckon on 72 inches and you should be fine. Hopefully!!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Dimensions for 2+2. 2+0 is 1790 wide. Widest part is the doors. Mirrors are inside that width (you could always remove the mirror

assembly from the doors themselves - 3 bolts).

That's the one I had too.....

Ignore my previous post. I've double checked the width. Dimensions for 2+2. 2+0 is 1790 wide. Mirrors when folded in add approx

25mm per side to that width. You could always remove the mirror assembly from the doors themselves - 3 bolts each.

Thanks guys, I've got exactly 7 feet, (2350mm) at the entrance, should manage it then, but after borrowing a transporter, don't want to get there and it not fit. Wing mirrors off, should manage it, will be tight and tricky (only handbrake, no P/S, being pushed, up hill, at an angle) but will get it in, have to! Thanks again.

Plenty of room mate - IIRC the car is no more than 6 feet 6 inches mirror to mirror, unfolded....

Yep, I measure it at 1958mm mirror to mirror, which is a smidge over 6ft 5".
