On behalf of the committee, I would like to announce the appointment of Funky Si (Simon Parsons) to the role of REO for the South West area.

 

Murt has vacated the position of REO for Avon/Somerset/Gloucs; and Devon & Cornwall has been without an REO for some considerable time. Hence, for the short term at least, the committee has decided to combine both regions under the banner "The South West." Funky Si expressed an interest in becoming an REO and the committee has given its backing to him taking on this position!

 

So please join me in congratulating Simon on his new role; and in thanking Murt for his past services!! Nice work Si, thanks for stepping up - I'm sure you'll do a great job!!

 

And in the future, if someone from Devon or Cornwall is prepared to become an REO, we could once again split the regions, or have 2 joint SW REOs. If anyone is interested, please drop me a PM.....:Wink:
