That spoiler is a Central20 spoiler. One of the few aftermarket ones I'd have. Lovely looking thing it is. The one in the ebay link is the same. It's NOT OEM, it is actually aftermarket. I'd have bought it if my car hadn't recently gone in for paint. I love it and the M30Z one (Kaira).

Looks like it's just paint damage. They can be repaired and I expect it's a lot cheaper than buying new! haha Sometimes they come about on breakers. You could also keep an eye on the Japanese Yahoo auctions.

I prefer them. I really like the S1/S2 OEM spoiler though, but I think the Central20 is a great addition without detracting from the original.
